There is good reason: Ceramic undercoat is reinforced with titanium providing a foundation of exceptionally long-lasting coating. Four (4) layer non-stick coating fused within the body of the pans. Enhances durability, ease of use and it is coated on the exterior as well for easy maintenance. Thick ground aluminum base promotes perfect heat diffusion. It is ideal for all heat sources (except induction) and provides extra protection to the coating. Traditional French cast iron handle...is comfortable in use, fixed with heavy duty Teflon rivets and it has a hanging eye. High performance/Prolonged lifespan...the 5mm thick bottom will not warp.
