Thanks to its outstanding cutting edge and its slanted blade, the Mandoline 1000 guarantees perfect slicing.

Compact, free of any attached foot and lightweight, it fits easily into a drawer or chef's knife case.

Using its indentation in the frame it can be secured over a bowl or a pan to use horizontally.

Adjusting the cutting thickness (up to 6mm) it is accurate and easy by using a single wheel located under the machine's body.

It is manufactured in black and gray composite materials. It is dishwasher safe. But, cleaning with hot water and dishwashing soap is sufficient to ensure proper maintenance.

THE CHEF'S MANDOLINE IS DELIVERED WITH:

1. A removable and interchangeable straight blade.
2. An easy to install julienne blade.
3. A waffle cut blade.
4. A pusher to provide protection of hands at all times. This pusher is suited for all vegetables regardless of their shape or size.
