This very useful Bourgeat straight sided sautepan has a solid red copper body with a stainless-steel interior lining and a riveted, massive, cast iron handle. The metal is 1/8" thick for great weight and superior heat conductivity which can save energy for you.

You can cook on ANY heating surface except induction hobs. The reinforced non-drip edge adds strength to the pan. The stainless-steel interior is easy to clean and is healthfully harmless.

Owing to the stainless steel interiors and, unlike tin-lined copper pans, this Bourgeat pan will never need re-tinning.

This pan has never been removed from its factory carton except for inspection to assure perfect quality.
