BOURGEAT Nonstick Induction Frypan

BOURGEAT - IN THREE GREAT SIZES: This great pan has a thick aluminum diffuser bottom with a stainless steel insert suitable for induction or any other cooking surface.

The pan has an extra thick, 5mm, aluminum body, coated rivets inside and four (4) layers of scratch resistant non-stick coating and a cast stainless steel cool handle.

Use wooden or composite utensils to preserve the coating of all non-stick pans.

TIPS:
Never use metal untensils.
Wipe with a sponge without pad for cleaning.
Do not overheat coated frypans.

Please note: I do not have any lid that will fit these pans. The high rise of the handle precludes a reasonable fit of a lid.
