Weight is 4 lbs. Capacity: 3.70 quarts. 110V - 200 watts. Exoglass lid, polycarbonate body with non-removable stainless steel bowl. It is possible to use a round mixing bowl(SKU 702624) as an insert, making a really great bain marie with the addition of a bit of water in the base pan. |
