Alaska - The Last Frontier, State flower: Forget-Me-Not Alaskan King Crab Saute - Serves 2 to 41 six ounce package frozen Alaskan king crab meat Defrost the crab meat and drain off all liquid that has accumulated. Melt butter in a medium sized skillet or sauté pan. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a sizzle. Add the crab meat, broken into large chunks and toss for about three minutes in the hot butter mixture. Transfer to a warmed serving plate pouring the remaining butter mixture from the pan over the crab meat. Sprinkle with additional lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately. |
