A great and simple dessert: giant strawberries and sweetened (or not) whipped cream.

Clean strawberries removing stems, serve chilled and whole.

Using whipping cream, whip until near peaking and add a bit of confectioners sugar, continue to whip. Serve over strawberries in individual portions.
