1. Yellow Squash Soup
2. Mixed Vegetable Salad
3. Chicken Hash on Pecan Waffles

5. Spider Corn Bread

Mixed Vegetable Salad - Serves 4 to 6

1 Cup green beans, strung and sliced diagonally
½ Cup celery root, peeled and sliced
1 Cup cauliflower, broken into flowerets
½ Cup pearl onions, peeled

Cook the veggies separately. Do not over cook, they must be crisp!
Drain, mix together and marinate with French or Italian dressing. Chill and serve on salad greens.
