Zucchini Supreme - Serves 4 to 6

1-1-2 lbs zucchini
1 cube butter
Dash garlic salt
10 to 12 fresh mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
1 pint sour cream
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp dill seed

Trim stems from zucchini, cut up with skins on. Sauté the zucchini in melted butter in a large sauté pan or skillet. Add dash garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms. Put in 1-½ quart casserole. Mix in sour cream, flour and dill seed. Bake in preheated oven 375º for 20 minutes.
