1. Yale Beets
2. Yellow Squash Soup
3. New England Chicken and Clam Pie

5. Leeks and New Potatoes
6. Apple Pandowdy

Leeks and New Potatoes - Serves 4 to 6

10 new potatoes, washed, skin on
3 large leeks, washed and quartered
1 cube fat back, 1-½"
2 Cups water
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper

Place all ingredients in large saucepan and boil, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Serve in bowls, spooning the broth over each portion.
