Delaware - The First State, State flower: Peach Blossom

1. Cucumber Bisque
2. Deviled Crabs
3. Creamed Onions and Peas

Lemon Pie Supreme

1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup butter
1 Tbsp grated lemon rind
¼ cup lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream

Combine sugar and cornstarch in 2 or 3 quart sauce pan.
Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and egg yolks.
Stir in milk, cook over medium heat stirring until thick.
Fold in sour cream.
Place in previously baked pie shell.
Serve with whipped cream and 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts.
