Papaya Orange Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

3 to 4 lbs papayas
3 grapefruit
6 oranges
¼ cup finely chopped maraschino cherries
2 Tbsp lime juice
4 to 6 Tbsp sugar

Peel the fruit, remove seeds and membranes and dice bite sized. Combine fruit with other ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce or as a fruit cup.
