Idaho - The Gem State, State flower: Syringa or Mock Orange

1. Dried Beef and Potato Chowder

Honey Gingerbread

½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup strained Idaho honey
1 cup sour cream
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda

Sift spices and salt with sugar. Beat eggs into this. Beat in the honey and cream. Sift flour and soda together and stir in until mixture is quite stiff. Bake in well-greased pans in moderate oven.
