Idaho Pie a la Mode

1 cup prunes, cooked and pitted
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1 cup prune juice
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp butter

Cook prunes with all other ingredients until slightly thickened. Add a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Bake between 2 crusts. Top with whipped cream or ice cream. Serve hot or cold.
