These days one can find almost any dish anywhere and more than one State frequently claims proprietary interest in the same dish. Thus, I expect that some of you may not always agree with these choices of recipes.

Believe me I have tried to be fair; in fact, I like to think my intentions are downright noble.

For sure... this land of ours is blessed with a multiplicity of natural foods and our people have come up with all sorts of imaginative ways to prepare them.

The idea here is simply to offer fifty different menus and they are tagged with each State`s name. The full menu is provided for an entire meal (With the exception of beverages.) and, when you click on the dish or item in each menu the link will take you to the recipe for that item. This gives you the ability to mix and match across State lines or as you otherwise might choose. Or, you can work your way through all fifty, hewing to the menu for great eating. Enjoy!!
