2. Chopped Apple and Nut Salad
3. Fried Chicken ala Maryland
4. Chicken Biscuits
5. Broccoli, Eastern Shore
6. Chess Pie

Chopped Apple and Nut Salad

2 cups peeled, cored and diced apples
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup salad (see below)

Mix apples, celery and walnuts and bind with the dressing.

DRESSING:

2 tsp paprika
1-½ tsp salt
1-½ tsp dry mustard
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
