Cucumber Salad

Cut cucumber in paper thin slices with your mandoline and marinate for 15 minutes in cold salted water. Drain and rinse. Toss in French dressing to which ¼ tsp celery seed has been added. Serve on garden lettuce or butter lettuce leaves.
