Asparagus Salad - Serves 4 to 6

1 bunch fresh asparagus or 1 pack of frozen green asparagus
1 large or 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, sliced
Salad greens of your choice, washed and dried
French dressing

Steam the fresh asparagus, do not over cook! Drain and marinate in French dressing.

Lay 1 or 2 slices of tomatoes on a few salad leaves.

Top with asparagus and some additional French dressing marinade.
