Add the consommé and simmer for 2 to 3 hours until the meat is easily removed from the bones. Add the vegetables and simmer until soft. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and wint. Correct seasoning and add boiling water if necessary. Heat and serve. This should make 1-½ quarts, enough for 8 servings. |
