Cowboy Salad - Serves 4

2 cups cooked and drained black eyed peas
1 cup shredded celery
1 cup diced and drained tomatoes
French dressing
Large Bermuda onion

Combine all ingredients, seasoning to taste and arrange on bed of lettuce or watercress. Garnish with a huge slide of Bermuda onion.
