Nebraska - The Cornhusker State, State flower: The Goldenrod Vegetable Salad - Serves 61 med. Head cauliflower Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Drain artichoke hearts; cut into bite-size pieces. Combine cauliflower, artichoke hearts, carrots, green onions and celery. Combine mayo, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Pour this latter over the vegetable mixture; mix well. Chill well before serving. |
