Dakota Cream Pie

2 eggs, separated
1-½ tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup Dakota Maid cake flour
¾ cup sugar
½ cup boiling milk
½ tsp vanilla

Add beaten egg yolks to stiffly beaten white. Gradually add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt which have been sifted together 3 or 4 times. Add hot milk very slowly, then vanilla. Fill crust and bake for 45 minutes.
