Oregon - The Beaver State, State flower: Grape

1. Fish and Spinach Broth
2. Cucumbers with Yogurt and Dijon Mustard
3. Salmon Steak Baked with Stuffing
4. Turnips (As you like them)
5. Buckskin Bread
6. Prune Cake with Whipped Cream

Buckskin Bread

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water

Sift dry ingredients together then quickly mix in the water.

Press the dough into a 9" pie pan and bake in a hot oven, 400º, for 25 minutes or until nice and brown. Cut into wedges and serve.

This obviously Indian bread can be recommended to help one clean one's plate!
