Oregon - The Beaver State, State flower: Grape Salmon Steak Baked with Stuffing - Serves 8 to 101 large piece salmon, about 5lbs Rub fish inside and out with salt. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine all stuffing ingredients and pile into fish. Sew together, if desired. Place on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake, uncovered at 500º, allow 10 minutes per pound. Slice across body to serve both sides containing stuffing. |
