Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit and Avocado Salad - Serves 4 to 6

2 Ruby Reds or other fine grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
2 avocados, peeled and sliced
French dressing

Alternate the sections and slices on a few pieces of a delicate salad green such as Boston or Bibb lettuce or the inner leaves of Romaine. Sprinkle lightly with salad dressing.
