1. Crowley's Cheddar Cheese Soup
2. Lime Carrot Salad Vermont's own Chicken Pot Pie
3. Biscuits

5. Raisin Brown Bread with Maple Butter
6. Rhubarb Crumble

Rhubarb Crumble - Serves 4 to 6

4 cups rhubarb, diced
Grated rind of ½ orange
½ tsp each: lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon

Mix together and put in a well-buttered 9" glass pie plate.

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sifted flour
½ cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Cut the above together as you would ordinary pastry ingredients until the mixture crumbles evenly.

Spread this mixture evenly over the rhubarb; bake for 30 minutes in a 375º oven, or until the rhubarb is bright red and soft. Serve warm or cold with heavy cream or whipped cream.
