Cheese Pie Dalzell - Serves 6 to 8

Preheat oven to 300º.
Use small (8") Pyrex pie plate.

16 graham crackers
6 Tbsp butter
9 oz Philadelphia cream chedese
2 eggs
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup thick sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

CRUST:

Crush crackers finely, combine with melted butter and put into pie plate molding to form...use a ramekin to even out.

FILLING:

Cream the cream cheese, bat eggs slightly and add, add lemon juice, q/2 cup sugar and mix well. Pour into crust and abake for 15 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

Mix sour cream, t Tbsp sugar, vanilla. Spread on top of pie and bake 10 minutes.

CHILL THE PIE FOR 24 HOURS. If necessary, lock the refrigerator!
