6. Sauerkraut Salad
7. Veal Scallops with Crab Meat

Sauerkraut Salad - Serves 4 to 6

1 medium (#2) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 large celery heart, chopped after removal of all strings
1 large bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped

Mix thoroughly and add:
1 cup sugar
Mix well again and refrigerate overnight.
Nest day: Drain and add:
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup Mazola
Mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
