Veal Scallops with Crab Meat

8 veal scallops
Flour
1-½ tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dried marjoram
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 to 3 Tbsp parsley, minced

Pound, or have pounded, the veal thin. Sust each piece well in seasoned flour, then sauté quickly over brisk heat for about 3 minutes to a side. Cover with crabmeat sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
